Wuhan Provincial Distribution Center Project
Wuhan Caidian Provincial Distribution Center, covering an area of 34,000 square meters, with a use area of 76,000 square meters, intelligent express automatic sorting system equipment, designed, supplied and installed by Nanyang Limin Technology Development Co., Ltd.; This distribution center is the distribution center of Hubei Province, which handles 26 million express shipments per day and has a total investment of 76 million yuan in equipment. The distribution center contains a total length of 21 000 meters of line body and 26 matrix unloading ports, including 11 swing arm ports and 15 balance ports; Matrix 1 point 19, 2 supply packages + 16 sorting lines + 1 reflow, processing capacity of 48,000 pieces / hour; 74 parking spaces; 2 sets of three-layer double-zone cross belts, 320 grids on one side, processing capacity of 120,000 votes / hour, the first phase of implementation of 1 set of three-layer double-zone cross belts, processing capacity of 60,000 votes / hour; Each set of cross-belts has 4 bulk pick-up ports for large customers. There are 15 end sorting lines, 12 single-piece separator lines, and 36 sets of six-sided scanning vision systems.
